I have a K12 unit which is showing F1 sensor failure. I take it this sensor is installed below the tiled floor? Does this mean the floor will need taking up to fix?

Hi there , Most manufacturer supply a black Hollow conduit pipe with there underfloor heating we do as well. IF installed correctly this pipe will lead from the back of the thermostat and into the floor , inside this pipe is the Floor sensor so IF installed correctly all you will have to do is to pull out the old floor sensor and feed in the new floor sensor.
