We have a Tado smart heating system from our old house we would like to use with the new house, which has multiple Klima mats in different rooms.

Tado’s website says:

tado° can be connected to electric underfloor heating if these requirements are met: The electric underfloor heating system switches no more than 6 Amps. The system does not require a floor temperature sensor. The room thermostat is wired.

Presumably we only meet the last criterion? I think it has a floor sensor and is 6.5A, but want to make sure before I write it off.

If it won’t work, does anyone know if Nest or Hive work instead?

I have a K12 digital thermostat. This has stopped working and the error code is F1. I think this is the sensor. Do I need a new thermostat or just a conduit pipe?

The 'set back' temperature (the target when the programme is inactive) seems to be fixed at 5 degrees less than the 'Comfort' temperature (the target when programme is active). If a relatively high value is selected for the times when I want the floor to be heated it means that the floor is also heating when I don't want it to (i.e. 5 degrees less than 'Comfort'). I see how to change the 'Comfort' temperature in the device menu, but see no means of changing the 'fall-back' temperature - please advise.
Thanks,

hi
wonder if you can help please
I have a Klima controller in a wet room - it has been installed for about 8 years without issue.
It is a tiled floor with tanking and I am fairly sure it is not leaking.
The display on the thermostat is still reading fine but there is 0% consumption.
I have checked the wiring visibly and it seems to be fine.
Could the unit be faulty?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
thanks.
