The display is completely blank. The backlight is on but nothing is showing and nothing comes up when I press the buttons Marked as spam

Hi one of my c16 thermostats is blank I have put the unit into other stations and it works fine I have tested the electrical current in all units all good wiring checked and again all good the system is less than 13 months old
