Do not have a purchase receipt, as it was purchased by our electrician. We do have there invoice for work carried out. But it does not mention your name and price. Is this OK?

Hello, As long as you have a filled out control check card, we would honour. The purchase receipt just helps ensure it is our product that was installed, should there be any issues in future.
