I have a K12 digital thermostat. This has stopped working and the error code is F1. I think this is the sensor. Do I need a new thermostat or just a conduit pipe?

The floor sensor is located inside the BLACK HOLLOW CONDUIT PIPE. IF installed correctly it will be a simple task of pulling out the old floor sensor and feeding in the new one. This black hollow conduit pipe will lead from the back of the thermostat and into the floor IF installed correctly.

Thanks Lawrence. And with the F1 error code is this all that needs to be replaced? Just this lead that you sent the link for?

Here is a link for a new floor sensor:
https://www.floorheating-direct.co.uk/product/klima-12k-floor-heating-sensor/

Or you can upgrade to the intelligent control thermostat as this is a direct replacement for the K12 or FHT Thermostat

Thanks Lawrence - with this error code is it the floor sensor that need replacing? Is this just the wire that connects the thermostat to the floor heating system?
