I’m installing in a garden room onto OSB floor. There is 60mm insulation in the floor frame. Is the 6mm insulation plate still required as there is already insulation below the OSB?

Hi there , the 6mm underlay still required as this is used to cushion the crimps (the connections made onto the foil system).
