installed magnum intelligent control thermostat to replace a pre-existing (faulty) thermostat. However the displayed temperature is a negative number. Any idea why please?

thank you for reply. No we used the same sensors. We simply changed the controller unit.

Hi there , was the floor sensor replaced when the new controller unit was installed ?
