I have a K12 digital thermostat. This has stopped working and the error code is F1. I think this is the sensor. Do I need a new thermostat or just a conduit pipe?

I can’t seem to get the floor to heat despite increasing temp. Pilot wire is indicated as being off (assume that is factory setting), should it be on?

I have a K12 unit which is showing F1 sensor failure. I take it this sensor is installed below the tiled floor? Does this mean the floor will need taking up to fix?

The 'set back' temperature (the target when the programme is inactive) seems to be fixed at 5 degrees less than the 'Comfort' temperature (the target when programme is active). If a relatively high value is selected for the times when I want the floor to be heated it means that the floor is also heating when I don't want it to (i.e. 5 degrees less than 'Comfort'). I see how to change the 'Comfort' temperature in the device menu, but see no means of changing the 'fall-back' temperature - please advise.
Thanks,

hi
wonder if you can help please
I have a Klima controller in a wet room - it has been installed for about 8 years without issue.
It is a tiled floor with tanking and I am fairly sure it is not leaking.
The display on the thermostat is still reading fine but there is 0% consumption.
I have checked the wiring visibly and it seems to be fine.
Could the unit be faulty?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
thanks.

Could you please provide some examples, or links to a specific product on Amazon etc? Your description is not specific, if I try to google for "Age resistant Polyethylene film 0.2 mm" it is not giving any meaningful results, therefore more clarity is required from your end. Thanks
