Hi. I’m 10 days into the 20 day slow start up programme but can’t feel any heat coming through the ceramic floor tiles. Should they be heating up by now? Thanks.

Can your heated mirror pad be connected directly to a local light switch or does it require a fused spur in addition?

I’ve been told that before installing electric underfloor heating under Amtico I need to stick mats on to Marine Ply and then a levelling liquid soothing compound will be put on top before fitting the Amtico - can you c9nfirm that Klima is suitable to use this way?

Hi I have purchased one of your de-mister pads (40 x 58 65 watt) from Screwfix and am intending using Geocel Mirror Mate to fix the mirror to a ceramic tiled bathroom wall. The mirror itself is 92 x 67 so the pad is approximately 38% of the total surface area. I need to know whether it is OK to put the Geocel over the entire area once the de-mister pad has been attached to the back of the mirror with its own adhesive. I apprecaite that the installation instructions say not to put adhesive onto the pad but I'm not sure if you are trying to ensure that people don't try using alternative adhesives to attach the pad to the mirror. I look forward to hearing from you
