First turn on after installation, back light on but nothing on the screen, waited as per instruction manual for 5 mins after turning on for instructions to appear on screen. Now 15 mins and screen still blank just back light on, no flashing led either

it could be an issue with the neutral cable not terminating correctly have you cut enough back so you get full contact in the terminals ?
