Hi. I’m 10 days into the 20 day slow start up programme but can’t feel any heat coming through the ceramic floor tiles. Should they be heating up by now? Thanks.

Hello, the slow startup function is there to ensure a fully dry floor and to avoid any cracking to be caused during the heat up. This function starts at a low temperature and slowly increases the floor temperature. The temperature this finishes at is 18 degrees after the startup, so you will not feel any heat during this time as it is not a heating period.

Hi My heating as done this twice and just resets after 20 days now on third slow heat cycle whats going on?
