No the mat system is only designed for under tiles, stone or similiar type floor finishes, it can be adpated to be used with a vinyl floor under the manufactuerers guidance

Hi there , with any use of underfloor heating we always recommend when using a vinyl product , to speak to the vinyl manufacturer and ask for their guidance on how to install their product with electric underfloor heating.
